Terms & Conditions of Use for Platform 31000

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of platform 31000. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective: 2026. These terms are updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes that have been communicated.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By registering, logging in, or using any service offered by platform 31000, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using our platform.

Use of platform 31000 is restricted to individuals who:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority recognised by the laws of their place of residence;
  • Not prohibited by their local, regional, or national laws from participating in online betting or gambling activities;
  • Registering under their own name and not on behalf of a third party;
  • Does not hold an existing active or suspended account on platform 31000.

This platform operates online and provides services to users in Malaysia. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation on this platform is lawful under the applicable laws of their place of residence.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on platform 31000. Owning more than one account is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information at the point of registration constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 31000 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your login information to a third party. You are required to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their account comply with these terms. Prohibited conduct on the platform includes: use of automated software or bots, attempts to manipulate the system, sharing accounts with other users, and any form of fraud or misrepresentation.

3. Payment Information and Transactions

All financial transactions on the 31000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a variety of local payment methods, including online bank transfers via FPX, TNG eWallet, and other methods listed on the platform at the relevant time.

Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set by the chosen payment method and current platform policy. Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming activities on the platform. All deposits made are final and non-reversible, except in the case of technical errors acknowledged by the platform.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC), which may be required before funds are transferred. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to several business days. 31000 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

Fees & Charges

4. Account Policy, Suspension and Closure

Platform's Right to Act

31000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has committed any of the following:

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform;
  • Violating any of the terms set out in this document;
  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
  • Using unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage;
  • Threatening or harassing platform staff or other users.

Account Closure at User's Request

Users may request the closure of their account at any time through the platform's customer support channels. Prior to closure, any valid remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the necessary checks. Closed accounts cannot be reopened without specific approval from 31000 management.

Funds in Suspended Account

If an account is suspended due to reasons related to fraud or serious violations, funds in that account may be frozen while an investigation is conducted. 31000 will notify the relevant user of their account status and the steps required to resolve the matter.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Platform 31000 and its operating company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to losses from wagering, service disruptions, technical failures, or actions of third parties. Platform services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials found on platform 31000 are the exclusive property of the platform operator or their licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without express written consent from 31000.

Third-Party Links and Services

Platform 31000 may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers, game providers, or identity verification services. 31000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Users are advised to read the relevant third party's terms and privacy policy before engaging with their services.

6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

31000 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or other appropriate means of communication. Continued use of the platform following notice of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law
